I am at 245 Russel St. Suite 22C in Hadley, MA. When you enter the building walk toward the restrooms at the end of the hall. Turn left, and follow the short hallway to the door at the end. This is suite 22C. Right next door to Awakened Heart Healing Arts.

As a multi-modality massage therapist, my offerings include deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, relaxation, Thai Massage and hot stone massage.  The inclusion of Reiki Energy Balancing can be requested for your session or offered as an independent service.

Everyday is unique and so every massage should address the you, today. Perhaps today you just want to relax and destress. Each visit begins with a brief conversation about what is affecting your body, mind, and spirit. With that information, and what is gathered through hands-on assessment each massage session is catered to best address your body in that moment and in accordance with long-term sustainable stasis.

New clients will be asked to complete a New Patient Health History form prior to their first session. This form helps educate me to your body and medical history. We will discuss how to best treat your needs and establish a plan to meet goals we set together to bring you closer to your Wellness.
