Many offer “Gentle” yoga for those who need something at a more gradual pace as well as many studios having fantastic beginner friendly classes.
Remember you don’t have to be stuck behind your desk all day. Get up, move around, do some yoga stretches. Challenge yourself, see if you can get up and move for 5 or 10 minutes every hour.
